The Conscious College · Life coaching for women in college & their 20s

You're not behind. You just never got the class on how to do life.

Smart, capable, and quietly overwhelmed? I teach women the emotional skills school skipped, so you can stop feeling stuck and start building a life you actually want to wake up for.

Lauren Davenport, founder of The Conscious College

Sound familiar?

You've tried the planner. The plan. The 5am routine. And somehow you keep ending up right back here.

You've tried everything.

Planners, routines, diets, the perfect strategy. You start strong on Monday and quietly fall off by Thursday.

You know what to do.

You've read the books and saved the reels. You're just not doing it, and you can't figure out why.

Your brain won't clock out.

Replaying conversations, overthinking texts, wide awake at 2am running worst-case scenarios.

You keep letting yourself down.

Every slip feels like proof something's wrong with you. You're frustrated, annoyed, and honestly tired.

Here's what nobody told you: you're not lazy, and you don't need a better strategy.

Strategies don't stick when there's an old script running underneath them: a belief about what you deserve, what's safe, or who you have to be to be okay. Until you see that script, every new plan is just a fresh coat of paint on the same wall. You were taught how to pass exams and build a résumé, never how your own mind works. That's not a personal failure. It's a missing class.

What I do

Where self-awareness finally gets a syllabus.

Coaching isn't a pep talk and it isn't therapy. It's practical education in yourself, with someone in your corner who'll call you out with love.

01

Understand your brain

Learn how beliefs become thoughts, thoughts become feelings, and feelings become the patterns you keep repeating.

02

Question the scripts

Figure out which rules you actually believe and which ones you inherited from family, school, or your feed.

03

Build self-trust

Make decisions, set boundaries, and create a life that's yours, without waiting for permission or a perfect plan.

The earlier you learn this, the less time you spend stuck in patterns that were never yours to begin with.

Meet Lauren

I didn't get into this work because I had life figured out.

At 23, my life looked completely fine. I had an education, friends, a job in hospitality, and people who loved me. I also worked 60-hour weeks, drank too much most weekends, woke up with Sunday shame, and spent an unreasonable amount of time thinking about food, my body, the guy who hadn't texted me, and when my real life was finally going to begin.

There wasn't one dramatic rock bottom. I was just anxious, unfulfilled, and tired of hoping something outside of me would finally make me feel better.

Then I started listening to a life coach who taught me more about my own brain than my entire education had. Coaching didn't magically fix me. The tools and questions helped me understand myself, and applying them changed everything.

I believe women deserve an education in themselves. Not more pressure, shame, or “better, faster, stronger” nonsense. Practical tools to understand your emotions, question the scripts you inherited, and build the self-trust to create a life you're genuinely excited to wake up for.

I'm not here to give you the answers to your life. I'm here to help you understand yourself well enough to stop abandoning your own.

Here, you are the subject and the priority, not the problem.

Questions you might be too polite to ask

Who is this for?

Women in college and in their 20s who are smart and capable on paper but feel stuck, anxious, or overwhelmed in real life. If you've ever thought “everyone else seems to have this figured out,” you're in the right place.

Is coaching the same as therapy?

No. Therapy is clinical care from a licensed professional and is the right place to treat mental health conditions or work through trauma. Coaching is practical, forward-focused education and support: understanding your patterns, making decisions, and building the life you want. Many of my clients do both. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a licensed professional first.

What actually happens in a Rewrite Session?

We spend 90 minutes one-on-one getting specific. We name your biggest pain point right now, uncover the beliefs and old scripts keeping it in place, and start rewriting them together. You'll leave with clarity and concrete next steps, not a vague pep talk.

How do I book?

Click any “Book” button, check out securely, and you'll go straight to my calendar to pick your time. You'll get a calendar invite with your Google Meet link right away, and it lands on both of our calendars.

What happens after the session?

You walk away with a plan you can use on your own. If you want support putting it into action, we'll talk about whether ongoing coaching or one of my programs is a good fit. No pressure and no hard sell.

I'm a parent. Can I book this for my daughter?

Yes, and I love when parents reach out. Coaching works best when she wants to be there, so send me a email @ [email protected] and we'll make sure she's on board and the session is set up in her name.

You don't need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.

Ninety minutes from now, you could know exactly what's been keeping you stuck and what to do about it.
