For a long time, life felt harder for me than it seemed for everyone else.
I was capable and driven, but anxious, overthinking, and constantly getting in my own way. I couldn’t understand why simple things felt so heavy or why I was trying so hard just to feel okay.
What I eventually realized was this: I wasn’t broken I was just missing the education and tools.
So I studied how the mind actually works and how emotions function. The basis of our psychology that EFFECTS everything.
It all started to make sense.
So after doing the work on my own life first and transforming it from the inside out...
I now help women ages 18–30 do the same by teaching these skills and showing them how to apply those tools in real life, so life doesn’t feel so hard anymore.
I’ve spent years studying mindset, emotional regulation, and behavior change, and I’ve helped many young women move from anxious, stuck, and self-doubting to calm, confident, and excited about the life they're living.
