Does your life look "fine" on the outside...but you feel off on the inside?

You’re not broken...you’re just missing the mental tools no one ever taught you.

Does this sound like you?

You’re doing what you’re supposed to be doing.

You go to class. (most of the time)
You keep up socially. (when you feel like it)
You look like you’re “fine.” (on social media at least)

But inside, you feel:

Anxious for no clear reason.

Mentally exhausted even on slow days.

Behind, even though no one told you that you were.

Unsure why everything feels harder than it should.

You’re not in crisis.
You’re just not okay.

But you’re tired of pretending you are.

Why I created the College Girl Collective

I didn’t create this because I had my life perfectly figured out.

I created it because I didn’t.

In college, my life looked fine on the outside.

I went to (most) classes.
I had friends.
I was 'functioning'.

But inside, I felt anxious, unsteady, and constantly unsure of myself.

I wasn’t falling apart...I just felt off.

I didn’t know why I overthought everything.
Why small decisions felt heavy no matter what.
Why I felt behind even when I was doing “everything right.”

Looking back I realized it was because no one ever taught me how to:

  • understand my thoughts
  • regulate my emotions
  • trust myself
  • feel steady in my own head

There was no class for that.
No place to learn and work on the most important lessons and skills I *actually* needed to learn.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve mentored and coached college students and young women on mindset, confidence, and self-trust.

And I kept seeing the same pattern.

Smart, capable girls who weren’t broken... they were just unguided.

They didn’t need more motivation.

They needed clarity.

They needed someone to explain what was actually happening in their mind and emotions but in a way that made sense and felt usable.

That’s when I realized something important:

Most of what we struggle with in college isn’t effort or discipline.

It’s that we were never given the inner tools to navigate life.

So I built what I wish existed when I was in college.

The College Girl Collective is the space I needed when I was functioning… but not fine.

A place to slow down, make sense of yourself, build real confidence, and feel steady... without changing who you are.

I’m not here to fix you.

I’m here to give you the tools that should’ve been taught in the first place, so you can trust yourself, think clearly, and feel good being you.

Imagine 3 months from now…

  • You feel clearer, calmer, and more confident in yourself.
  • You understand your patterns instead of fighting against them and judging yourself for having them.
  • You trust yourself in everyday decisions, the classroom, and social settings.
  • Life feels lighter...not because everything changed, but because you did.

What You’ll Learn (and Why It Changes Everything)

Inside the College Girl Collective, you’ll learn:

  • How your brain actually works so your thoughts and emotions stop feeling random or overwhelming

  • Why you react, spiral, avoid, or shut down and how to interrupt those patterns in real time

  • How to actually regulate your emotions instead of being controlled by them

  • How to stop overthinking and second-guessing yourself

  • How to build real self-trust that shows up in everyday decisions

  • How to feel steady and confident without changing who you are

This isn’t theory.

It’s practical, usable tools you can apply to real life immediately.

What's Included In The Membership...

This membership is designed to meet you where you are and guide you forward, step by step.

No rushing.
No pressure.
Just real change, over time.

MONTH 1

Awareness & “Aha” Moments

This is where everything starts to make sense.

In your first month, you’ll learn the foundational concepts no one ever taught you about your brain, emotions, and identity.

You’ll understand:

  • Why you think and feel the way you do

  • Why certain patterns keep showing up

  • Why nothing is actually “wrong” with you

This month is filled with aha moments and relief.

Most people say:

“Oh… that explains a lot.”

You’ll feel clearer, more in control, and more motivated... not from pressure, but from understanding.

MONTH 2

Application & Integration

Month two is about doing, not just knowing.

You’ll start applying the tools and concepts to your real life:

  • how you think

  • how you make decisions

  • how you respond emotionally

  • how you treat yourself

This is where change becomes noticeable.

You’ll begin:

  • interrupting overthinking in real time

  • responding instead of reacting

  • choosing differently without forcing yourself

This is where confidence starts to build naturally.

MONTH 3

Focused Growth (Confidence & Self-Trust)

In month three, we narrow in.

Instead of trying to improve everything at once, you’ll focus on one key area of your choosing.

You’ll learn how to:

  • stop second-guessing yourself

  • trust your decisions

  • feel steady in who you are

  • show up with quiet confidence

This is where things start to stick.

You’re no longer just learning...you start becoming.

Ongoing Support Inside the Membership:

In addition to the monthly progression, you’ll get:

This Is For You If...

    • Sit in your room with free time and still feel mentally exhausted
    • Open your laptop to “be productive” and end up scrolling instead

    • Overthink texts, conversations, and decisions long after they’re over

    • Feel weirdly lonely even when you’re surrounded by people

    • Get anxious on Sundays thinking about the week ahead

    • Feel guilty for not using your time better — then avoid thinking about it

    • Have moments where you think “Why does everyone else seem to know how to live?”

    • Want confidence but don’t even know what that’s supposed to feel like

    • Say “I’ll start tomorrow” and then feel bad when you don’t

    • Feel like your life is fine on paper… but off in real life

YES, I WANT IN!
NICE TO MEET YOU

I'm Lauren Davenport

For a long time, I didn’t take mindset or emotions that seriously.

In college, I thought “mental health” was something other people dealt with. I was functioning, keeping up, doing fine on paper so I assumed my mental health was 'fine'.

I wasn’t in crisis, so I must’ve been okay.

Turns out, that’s not how it works.

After college, I learned something that changed everything for me: everyone has mental health.

And when you don’t work on it, it quietly affects everything...your confidence, your decisions, your relationships, and what you do or don’t go after in life.

Once I actually learned how to understand my mind and emotions, things felt lighter. Clearer. More manageable.

And I kept thinking… I wish I had known this sooner.

Over the last 5+ years, I’ve worked with college students and young women, and I see the same thing over and over again.

They’re not broken.
They’re not lazy.

They just never learned the mental and emotional tools that make life feel steady instead of overwhelming.

So I built what I wish I had in college.

The College Girl Collective exists to help college girls struggle less and build the inner foundation that supports everything else now and in the future.

This isn’t about fixing yourself.

It’s about learning how to support yourself in a way that actually lasts.
